Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support Experience with M365 and Admin portals, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server Environments, SharePoint, Active Directory, DNS, and MS Azure technologies Experience with video conferencing software Experience with bespoke ERP business applications Knowledge of KnowBe4 Security, Cisco Firewalls and routers, Sophos XG firewall (IPsec and SSL VPN), and Sophos endpoint and Central Experience with Hyper VM, and RDS virtualisation architecture Experience with TLS SSL certification enrolment Experience with Barracuda Backup Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Are you enthusiastic about the IT Support job?
