Contribute to IT strategy by integrating security and operational efficiency into organisational goals. Mentor and guide the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones). Lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise MDM solutions. Oversee software deployment, configuration, and updates across the user base. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks. Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and configurations. Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for critical incidents. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business growth. Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus. Proven experience in IT management roles, with a focus on end-user computing and security. Hands-on experience deploying and managing MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE). Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and its application in IT service management. Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments. Knowledge of endpoint security tools and techniques (antivirus, encryption, patch management). Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD).
