You will report to, and work with, the Head of IT & Infrastructure to build, maintain, and support our IT systems. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills, hone your existing ones, and will open the gates to an interesting and rewarding career. Main Responsibilities

Support end-users with technical issues across software, hardware, and connectivity. Manage end-user accounts and devices. Configure and maintain our VOIP systems. Maintain and monitor our CCTV systems. Document and review our operating procedures. Assist the IT team with ongoing projects. The Ideal Candidate

Understanding that your job is to support your colleagues, you will be driven to find pragmatic solutions to the business problems presented to you, utilising our technology infrastructure to its full advantage. You will endeavour to fully comprehend the tasks you are undertaking, building relationships across the business to foster a deep understanding of the impact of your work.

Essential Requirements An understanding of Microsoft Windows 10/11 configuration and management. An understanding of WAN and LAN networking technologies. An understanding of Active Directory, file permissions, and role management. An understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office365. Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise workloads.

Nice to Have A relevant degree or similar qualification. An understanding of VoIP phone systems. An understanding of CCTV technologies. An understanding of business-based cyber security. About The Company

Base salary of £32k. Bonus of up to 30% of base, paid twice yearly, dependent on Company performance. 25 days holiday (with the option to buy more). Half-day off for your birthday.
