A full UK Manual driving license is required . Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Provide first-line technical support to colleagues, assisting with hardware and software issues. Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Software Installation:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and updates of software applications and patches. Hardware Maintenance:
Lead on the setup, maintenance, and inventory management of IT hardware. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user requests. Security Compliance:
Enforce IT security policies and best practices. Lead on the IT aspects of ISO27001, ISO9001, CE+ compliance and auditing. Personal Qualities and Experience
Lead or participate in IT projects and initiatives. Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff and business units. Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
