Essential Skills and Experience
HND or Degree in Computing or a similar discipline Previous experience of working for a Managed Services Provider - MSP Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows Desktop 10/11 skills and experience VMware build knowledge and experience including High Availability and Configuring and Troubleshooting experience Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts including routing, switching and firewalling
Desirable Skills and Experience
Knowledge of Endpoint Central or Veeam or PRTG Microsoft Qualifications would be highly desirable Project Planning and Delivery experience
