The Role The IT Systems/Network Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems. They provide multi-level support to the Derry site, collaborating with a regional IT team. Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and optimising local infrastructure. Managing IT assets and resolving technical issues. Providing hands-on technical support to the local site. Managing servers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. Handling firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points. Managing both on-premises and Azure Active Directory. Ensuring data protection through onsite and offsite backups. Efficiently imaging company hardware. Maintaining relationships with vendors. Managing multifunction and label printing. Supporting users and maintaining Office 365 services. Procuring necessary IT equipment. Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 4–5 years in a similar role. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Successful project management experience. Strong communication skills. Why you should apply:
