Hours of Work:
Full-time As an IT Technical Document Author, you will be responsible for the design, development, management, and delivery of comprehensive technical documentation across the entire Corporate IT estate. You'll collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to gather information, interpret technical details, and produce accurate, clear, and user-friendly documentation. This role presents an exciting opportunity to enhance the IT technical information for our Corporate IT end users, including user guides, policies, and technical specifications. You'll take ownership of documenting our internal processes and play a key part in standardising presentation and maintaining the integrity of our documentation library. IT Technical Document Author Requirements: A university degree in English or Communications; a background in technology is desirable. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Technical Writer/Authoring role. Proven experience in technical writing specific to IT and telecommunications. Familiarity with tools such as MS Visio and other documentation platforms. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
