Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and desktop problems. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems. Liaise with 1st line support and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues. Conduct root cause analysis and create documentation for recurring issues. Support and mentor junior team members. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a 2nd line support role within an MSP environment. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls). Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus. Why Join Us?
