IT Technical Engineer. As part of this team, you will provide remote & onsite support and installations for customers ranging from SMEs to enterprises. This will include troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of solutions for customers in a variety of sectors. Principal Responsibilities/Duties Either remotely or onsite, undertake maintenance work on customers' ICT services updating case management and field services tools with work undertaken and completed. Either remotely or onsite, provide installation and configuration services for a wide range of ICT solutions. Either remotely or onsite, provide high quality customer experience in relation to the installation or maintenance of a customer’s IT or Telephony services. Provide remote or onsite support for colleagues where required. Liaise with the project management teams, 3rd Line Engineers, and Service Desk Engineers on a regular basis. Audit and document client infrastructure. Either remotely or onsite, support the delivery of small, medium, and large projects as part of a team. Minimum Requirements Prior experience in an IT or Telecom Support or Delivery role. Be able to work efficiently by themselves and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to be flexible as you may be required to adjust working hours or stay over on some larger project work. For field roles, you must have a full valid UK driving license. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience with the Microsoft technology stack including Windows Desktop, Windows Server, M365.
