Location - Wakefield, but travel to all Spectrum sites will be expected. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our growing IT team located in Head Office at an entry level position. Main duties of the job

The post holder will be supporting and working with both internal and external users, partners and suppliers. They will be required to provide efficient and confidential first line technical support to all members of Spectrum including software and hardware troubleshooting, training and technical fixes, through both remote and face to face support whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction and a personalised service. This will be a varied role with a primary focus on 1st/2nd line support and act as an escalation point to our 3rd party support provider where necessary. This role would suit someone with plenty of experience with Microsoft 365 and can easily pick up new systems with a can-do attitude when it comes to helping others and learning. Understanding of basic networking skills and experience of using Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint, is a must. Post holders must have access to transport and hold a full UK driving license to be able to cover all the Spectrum Community Health CIC bases, but all travel expenses will be covered by the business. Qualifications

Degree or relevant experience in an IT environment. ITIL Foundation. Knowledge

Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams and SharePoint. Understanding of first and second line IT support. A clear understanding of, and knowledge about, information and information technology requirements as applicable to a large multifaceted, multi-site organisation. Knowledge of networking including networked printers. Knowledge of SystmOne. Knowledge of ESR. Knowledge of confidentiality and awareness of information governance within the NHS. Knowledge of Azure and Teams admin. Experience

Experience of working to deadlines. Diagnosis and rectification of PC desktop hardware (PC, laptop and Printer) faults. Experience of using and maintaining databases/spreadsheets. Extensive knowledge of IT likely to be gained from working in an IT environment for a minimum of 2 years. Moving and handling IT equipment. The post holder(s) will be required to travel across all Spectrum sites and therefore they must be willing to frequently travel and have access to their own transport. The post holder(s) will be required to work across prison establishments and therefore must be able to be CTC cleared. Experience of writing SOPs and internal guides.
