Your new role They are looking for an IT Technician to join the technical support team. Working at the school, you will use strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to help answer queries from staff and students, as well as support the maintenance of technology used in the school.
Main Duties: The installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of over 1800 technology assets (work stations, mobile devices, AV equipment, etc.) Resolving technical issues for over 1500 end users (including pupils and staff) Responding to support tickets with effective response times
The hours will be Monday–Friday, 08:30-17:00. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have a professional IT qualification and recent customer-facing IT experience (preferably in the education sector).
