Previous experience as an IT Support Technician or 1st line support analyst Strong understanding and knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server and Microsoft 365 Experience with Active Directory and Server administration Familiarity with IT helpdesk systems and ticketing management systems Primary Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users (approx. 200+) whilst troubleshooting hardware and software issues Ensure IT security standards and compliance are met Assist with all IT projects, such as hardware upgrades, network deployments, and software/cloud migration projects. Escalate complex issues to the wider IT support team Administrate an on-premise Windows environment AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and File servers. Administrate the Microsoft 365 suite in a hybrid environment. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates. Role Overview:
