IT Technician required by one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the UK. Our client is a leading edge provider of services to the Education industry and has over 50 different academies and over 100 IT professionals and continues to grow. Our client has strong links with the local communities and has very much a family feel. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company, as they have invested over 3.5 million pounds into their IT infrastructure with the latest Cisco and Microsoft technology. In addition, our client will pay for all certifications for candidates to complete. These Certifications range from ITIL Foundation to Apple Basic and Apple Advanced and Networking. Once all certifications are complete, this results not only in career development but also a pay rise too! The IT Technician will be required to have the following: Key Skills & Experience

A real passion and desire to get into IT Support. The successful candidate does not need any experience, as a strong IT mindset along with professional IT certifications would be highly beneficial. Excellent Customer Service skills and experience of dealing with customers face-to-face (experience gained within non-IT roles would be highly desirable). Any experience of working within a school would be highly advantageous. A driving licence and car is preferred for this role, but not essential. You will be based primarily at one site with possible occasional travel to other sites. Travel expenses can be claimed back. Company Benefits
