We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join our team in a part-time (4 days per week) role. Based out of our head office in Cambridge, this role provides IT support to our team across all branches both remotely and on-site. What you’ll do: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to our team, both remotely and on-site, including travelling to branches as required. Ensure that all IT incidents are either resolved or if necessary escalated to the external IT support provider. Install, configure and support hardware and software components, ensuring reliability and security of desktops and laptops (Windows 10/11 & MacOS). Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot Network/WIFI issues. Provide Education and Training to team members. Undertake tasks and projects as they arise from time to time. Be flexible, responsive and quick to adapt. Effectively manage your time, prioritise work and multitask. We specialise in servicing the brands we sell, including Case IH, New Holland, Giltrap Engineering, Manitou, Hustler to name a few. What you will have: Experience with onboarding and induction management in OnLocation software. Crossware email software. Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. Datto remote monitoring and management software. A good understanding of Azure/Entra, Active Directory, Office 365 administration. Experience liaising with 3rd party vendors and purchasing. 2 -3 years experience in IT support, both remote and on-site in a similar role. Certification in CompTIA A+ and Network +. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. The ability to work independently, effectively manage your time, prioritise, plan and perform well under pressure. Be a team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A valid New Zealand work visa, residency, or citizenship. A full New Zealand driver’s license.
