Crick . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems, both hardware and software, operate smoothly and efficiently. You will also work to quickly resolve any system issues to minimize downtime. This is a full-time, permanent position working a

4-on-4-off shift pattern,

covering 07:00 – 19:00 hours. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to

£26,000

per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Responsible for the physical appearance and safety of the working environment. First line support for IT hardware, software, network and operating system problems and WMS queries relative to all process areas. Work with appropriate parties to provide solutions to team issues taking account of the appropriate policies and ethical practice. Maintain the hardware inventory ensuring currency of information and complete data integrity. What you need to succeed at GXO: IT systems experience, ideally within a logistics/warehouse environment. Ability to work individually showing initiative. Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload. Problem-solving and analytic skills.
