Golborne / Warrington / United Kingdom / Information Technology / Full time We currently have an opportunity to join our IT Function at our Flagship plant in Golborne (WA3) – Easily accessed via East Lancs / M6. Responsibilities:

Support regional and local users with supervision, training, and documentation. Log all incidents and requests within the managed ServiceNow platform. Support and troubleshoot clients, mobile phones, tablets, and peripheral devices (Windows OS, printers, scanners…). Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues pertaining to cabling and local area network. Introduction, operation, and maintenance of locally needed IT systems. Local user management (new user requests, access control and permission, user retirement). Monitor and service standard ALPLA solutions provided by Corporate IT based on guidelines. Maintain clients and install updates regularly. Support and participate in projects. This role will be based at our Golborne site, but will require ad hoc travel to other UK sites. Skills/Experience: Preferably up to 12 months experience within a 1st line support role within a medium to large organization. Multi-site experience would be a distinct advantage (confident with remote access support). Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
