Our client, a Multi-Academy Trust, is looking for an IT Technician to join their expanding team. The role will involve providing proactive support to both staff and students, as well as diagnosing and resolving various day-to-day ICT system difficulties such as server administration, device/printer problems, projector/whiteboard problems, user addition, PC rebuilding, etc. Responsibilities

Support and maintain all IT hardware and software resources. Oversee the provision of all IT equipment and services at the school, aiming to ensure high availability and outstanding performance. Manage the creation of new student logon and email accounts. Implement all policies and procedures relating to security, backup, disaster recovery, and acceptable use. Develop, implement, and monitor systems for backing up, validating, and restoring data. Manage, monitor, and maintain the school network, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively, anticipating and resolving any potential problems. Responsible for procuring and managing IT equipment, cables, software, and consumables in accordance with the financial policy and guidelines. Skills

Installing IT hardware and software Microsoft Operating systems (Windows 7 and above) Windows Server Experience (2012 R2 and Above) Good understanding of Active Directory, File permissions, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy Excellent troubleshooting skills (Hardware, Software, Networking - routing, switching) Office365 Veeam Hyper-V, VMWare About Interpham Consulting
