Providing assistance to other IT staff on specific projects Ensure the IT infrastructure is maintained, secure and operational at all times Providing guidance, technical support and supervision of IT Hardware and software Preparation & setting-up all IT Equipment – Provide first line maintenance & user support / training Monitoring health and safety, ordering stock control. Maintain CCTV & Control systems / Telephony & mobile systems Liaise with suppliers / provide training of staff in use of applications Carrying out installations & virus detections May have to occasionally travel to Hartlepool site Position Requirements
Qualification in IT or a related Subject Professional IT accreditation e.g. MCSE, MCSA, MCITP (desirable) Experience of working with relevant IT applications & networks Microsoft Windows & Office Knowledge Creative Cloud & Active Directory (desirable) Willing to deliver hours flexibly according to need Good analytic skills Organisation & ability to work with own initiative Systematic in approach to supporting systems
