1st Line Support - 25-30K - Great Training
My client who are based in Leamington Spa are looking for an IT Technician to join their technical team. Other responsibilities of the role will include supporting their busy Helpdesk, and supporting the computer hardware.
Responsibilities:
Providing 1st Line support to their users
Monitoring helpdesk tickets and resolving any issues
Offer hands on support to members of staff for basic IT support
PC Builds and repairs
Managing IT hardware and updating records on newly installed devices
Skills/Experience:
Windows OS
Windows Server
Hardware installations and troubleshooting
Active Directory
Telephony system experience
Office 365
