IT Technician . As the IT Technician, you will be responsible for: Working as part of the desktop support team, managing requests logged by users across the business. Performing routine tasks including re-setting passwords, restoring files, and setting up new users. Helping manage the local area network for all sites. Carrying out and completing assigned IT project work. Testing and monitoring of IT resources. Providing reports on IT service desk calls, assets, and backups. The successful IT Technician will have the following related skills / experience: Good understanding of Microsoft and Mac systems. Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365. Excellent organisational skills. Experience working with Windows 10 & 11. Service desk experience – 1st / 2nd line support of Windows environments.
