I am working with one of my favourite clients to find a skilled IT Trainer to join them on a 12 Month FTC basis. My client is within the UK Top 100 for Professional Services and so, this is an excellent opportunity to really bolster your experience. Assist in developing the firm's training plan. Devise, arrange, and deliver workshops or training programmes. Deliver IT induction training to new starters. Provide refresher and top-up IT training to existing employees. Serve as a project resource for IT system roll-outs. Maintain accurate training and evaluation records. Keep training documentation up-to-date and FAQs on the intranet updated. Attend external training courses as required. Person Specification: Experience delivering training to delegates with varying skill levels. Ideally, at least 12 months of IT training experience, preferably within a law firm. Good understanding of the full training lifecycle. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple delivery work streams. Strong communication skills at all levels.
