- 32,000 - 38,000 The location

- Edinburgh or Dundee Hybrid working is available for this role with a minimum of 3 days on-site a week. I'm working with a reputable Edinburgh-based organisation as they look to add a specialist IT Systems Trainer to their team to continue developing and improving their IT offering. The successful candidate will work across multiple teams within the organisation to support the design and delivery of training programs for core systems, including Microsoft 365 and other business-critical systems, including bespoke software. The successful candidate will also support the rollout of new software and systems, troubleshooting initial issues and training colleagues in maximizing system usage. This role is perfect for anyone with a background in IT and a deep passion for supporting others. From demonstrating system usage to identifying training needs and developing training programs, this is an ideal role for a people-focused IT professional. Your day-to-day: Design and deliver IT-focused learning solutions, both in-person and through e-learning. Design and deliver training programs on core and team-specific systems, including the full array of Microsoft 365 applications and bespoke systems. Conduct training sessions for both established teams and new employees. Troubleshoot common technical issues as colleagues begin learning new software and systems. Assist with the implementation and rollout of new systems. Carry out training programs across the business, delivering training both in-person and remotely. Develop training documentation and training plans for software and systems. About you: Strong experience across the full array of Office 365 applications. Experience with bespoke software packages and systems. Experience supporting the rollout of new software and systems, including developing rollout plans and documentation for colleague learning. Experience delivering training courses across various media, both in-person and remotely, for IT systems. Experience using e-learning platforms and creating e-learning modules is desirable.
