We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Training and Support Specialist

to join our team in the UK. This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to upskill staff on advanced technical tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage technology for operational success. The ideal candidate will also provide technical support and possess strong communication and writing skills to effectively transfer knowledge.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design and Delivery:

Develop and deliver tailored training programs for staff on tools such as

Oracle RDBMS

and

Siebel EIM . Create training materials, including presentations, user guides, and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and usability. Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure knowledge retention and skill development. Upskilling and Support:

Assess staff training needs and tailor programs to address knowledge gaps. Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, adapting approaches to different learning styles. Offer ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of technical tools and workflows. Technical Writing and Documentation:

Prepare detailed training manuals, process guides, and user documentation to support learning objectives. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to users. Collaboration and Feedback:

Work closely with technical teams to understand tools and systems, ensuring training aligns with business requirements. Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to refine training programs and materials for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of

3+ years

of experience in delivering training and upskilling staff on technical tools and systems. Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

Oracle RDBMS

and

Siebel EIM . Core Competencies:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills for delivering complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. Strong technical writing skills to develop effective training documentation and guides. Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles and technical proficiency levels.
