Marks Sattin is working in partnership with an established business based in Swindon within the technology industry to recruit an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist. Salary for this role will be between 29-33k DOE. You
MUST
be Italian speaking and fluent in both written and verbal communication.
Office based until training/probation is completed and then hybrid.
Key Responsibilities Include: Processing invoices Ensuring all intercompany invoices are paid on time and outstanding invoices are chased/escalated. Reconciliation of supplier statements Raising internal credit/debit notes to manage the ledger Reviewing the weekly payment run Reconciling the bank statement and collaborating with the wider finance team.
