1 x permanent full-time position working 6am to 2pm. There is a requirement of night shift once per month, to be on call after hours one day per week and provide coverage over the weekend once a month.
The successful applicant will be Sydney based working across the following areas - Campbeltown, Liverpool, Fairfield and surrounds, as well as Penrith through to the Blue Mountains.
Tools and vehicle provided
Predominantly autonomous role
On-site parking available for any office days.
Shiftwork and on-call available with penalties.

What you’ll be doing:
Maintain traffic signals and ITS equipment
Comply with statutory requirements and the contract or project management systems
Implement and comply with the site OH&S requirements as per Ventia policy
Participate in the “on-call” and relief service obligation
Participate in training to improve capabilities required for the contract or project
Participate in the review of operational and maintenance procedures
Support the Asset Manager and ITS Asset Engineer for the delivery of Asset Management Planning Services across the project
Other tasks as defined by the ITS Supervisor
About you
Relevant trade experience and electrical licence is a must have
Experience in ITS and/or traffic signals is a must
Valid driver’s license is a must
White card is a must
Ability to provide outside of hours assistance whenever required
