Requirements:
6 months on NMC & 6 months ITU experience in the last 12 months. 2 Clinical ITU references in last 3 years. Copy of Non EPP immunisations.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life support equipment. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assess patients' conditions and respond quickly to changes in their status. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation.
