Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Nursery Practitioners to join our team in the Surrey area. This flexible role allows you to work across a variety of nursery settings, providing outstanding care and fostering a nurturing environment for children. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of nursery settings, ensuring a safe, engaging, and caring environment for children. Facilitate children's learning and development through creative activities, play, and structured education. Collaborate with nursery staff to maintain a positive and inclusive environment. Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children. Support personal care routines, including feeding, changing, and maintaining hygiene when needed. Maintain a clean and organized space to promote a healthy and safe atmosphere. Requirements: Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred but not essential. A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse settings at short notice. A valid DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check. Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare) are beneficial but not required.
