The Sales Executive will be responsible for introducing IT services including managed service, cloud service, IT support, system integration, application development, project management, etc. to Japanese and international Corporate customers in EMEA while developing new business accounts as well as managing relationships with existing customers and achieving given sales revenue and qualitative goals. Job Descriptions: Sales Planning and Execution • Identify sales opportunities. • Create account plan and territory sales plan. • Qualify a sales opportunity efficiently and provide an accurate forecast. • Close the deal as forecasted. Account Management • Create and execute account plan. • Understand customer’s requirements and define the needs. • Create a proposal and quotation in a timely manner. • Establish good relationships with multiple contacts within the customer’s organization as their account manager. • Create contract agreements and negotiate the terms and conditions. • Manage post-sale customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage customer complaints and escalation processes. • Keep up-to-date with the latest information technologies and suggest areas for possible improvements in products or services to the customer. • Maintain revenue and gross profit targets on a monthly basis and commit to quarterly and annual sales goals. Stakeholders Management • Manage and develop relationships not only with customers but also with all other business stakeholders including key personnel in the company as well as business partners. Networking • Join and contribute to various social activities and events to develop and maintain networking in the industry. Requirements: • Solid B2B sales experience in any industry. • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. • Excellent presentation skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese. • Knowledge of the IT industry, products, and services; knowledge of Cloud, managed services, and ERP is preferable.
