SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
3-6 years’ experience working in a risk technology team in a bank or financial institution
Experience with one or more major relational/object databases
Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts
Comfortable working with multiple programming languages
Technologies: Java, Spring framework, Linux, shell scripting, and build tools (Maven/Gradle/Ant)
Experience working with cloud-based development, such as AWS
An understanding of compute resources and the ability to define/interpret performance metrics (e.g., SLOs/SLIs)
Knowledge and experience in database and data warehouse technologies, such as Snowflake
