Responsibilities / Skills
The successful Java Developer will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
2 - 3 years’ experience as a Java Developer within a commercial environment
Experience within a multi-disciplinary team environment
Experience of the full software development life cycle: analysis; design; development; testing and implementation
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Passion for development and proven commercial experience as a Java Developer
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
Pragmatic and consultative approach to problem solving
Friendly & Enthusiastic
Willing to bring on board new ideas
