About the Role:
We are seeking a
Java Production Support Engineer (L3)
to provide Level 3 support for
Trade Surveillance Case Managers and associated products . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Java, Oracle, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaSpark, and HIVE . You will work independently and collaboratively to diagnose, investigate, and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth system operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide
L3 support
for Trade Surveillance applications Work with
L1 & L3 teams
to triage and resolve production issues Communicate issues and remediation plans in
daily standups Independently resolve production issues and monitor
data pipeline flows Collaborate with
development teams
for complex issue resolution Ensure
runbooks
are updated and actionable Provide insights to improve
production stability Required Skills & Experience: Strong Problem-Solving & Communication Skills Java Production Support/Deployment Experience Understanding of Web Applications & Data Pipelines Experience with Case Management & Financial Markets Technical Stack: Oracle PLSQL Java, Spring Boot, JavaSpark Angular, JSON, Microservices Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins Autosys, ServiceNow ITSM, BMC Control-M ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk Nice to Have: Experience with
major incident management Knowledge of
financial data types & trade surveillance Exposure to
Azure/AWS DevOps Services
