Software Developer

to join their Software Delivery team, focusing on the development of new features, enhancements, and support for the company's technical estate. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with industry standards. Software Developer Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based software within a cross-functional delivery team, advocating best practices and process improvements. Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions. Work closely with internal and external customers, providing a high-quality software development service. Software Developer Skills and Experience: Demonstrable experience in software development using Java / Web-based technologies. Proven ability to deliver production-level software solutions and work collaboratively with developers, QA teams, and business analysts. Strong understanding of databases and programming principles.. Software Developer Aptitudes: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge in new contexts. A detail-oriented, methodical approach to tasks with a drive for continuous learning and innovation. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively across teams to meet business goals.
