We are looking for a
Jewellery CAD Designer
to join a renowned jewelry design studio known for its exquisite craftsmanship and unique creations, located in
Manchester. Salary & Terms Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 a year depending on experience Work in a creative and collaborative environment. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and the design team to understand their vision for custom jewelry. Use CAD software to create detailed 3D jewelry design renderings and models. Assist in the selection of gemstones and materials to match the client's preferences. Provide design recommendations and solutions to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of jewelry pieces. Work closely with master jewelers to ensure the accurate translation of CAD designs into finished jewelry. Create prototypes and samples for client approval. Maintain organized design files and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CAD technologies. Participate in client consultations and design presentations. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience in jewelry CAD design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, CAD Jewellery Design). Knowledge of 3D printing and rapid prototyping is a plus.
