JCA
works with owners and the office staff to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow the guidelines for Job Cost Accountant. You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members! Team Compensation and Benefits: Salary of $53,726.00 - $63,441.00 per year based on experience and certifications Health, dental and vision insurance Referral program Great culture and team dynamic Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities): Manages all phases of QuickBooks and job cost accounting Prepares all financial statements and reports Manages all subcontractor data in company platform Review job costs and overheads for corrective action Assists with obtaining and reporting key performance indicator (metrics) data Controls banking activities and reconciles bank and credit card accounts Manages the A/R process, including customer invoicing and collections Manages the A/P process, including vendor invoicing and payments Establishes rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees Assists other team members when needed and fosters a positive working relationship with other departments.
