Lead a large Job Evaluation and Reward Project team for a Local Authority. Drive change for the institution at a critical time in its history. About Our Client Our client is one of the UK's largest Local Authorities. They provide the majority of local government services in the city. As one of the most populous local government districts in England, the LA serves over 1.1 million people. The council is a member of the West Midlands Combined Authority. Job Description Job Evaluation and Reward Project Lead:

You will have the overall responsibility for leading a large project team, working collaboratively but independently from the permanent reward function. Reporting to the Equal Pay Programme lead, you will be the single point of accountability for the delivery of 1. benchmarking and 2. BAU future state design and transition for the Local Authority. This is a key member of a team delivering one of the largest projects the LA has undertaken in recent years. The Successful Applicant Job Evaluation and Reward Project Lead:

An established Reward Professional able to manage a wide range of team capabilities. You will be able to galvanise the team and be highly solutions-oriented. A strong strategic leader with the ability to drive operational workflow, ensuring efficiency and optimising results.

Strong stakeholder and influencing skills, with the ability to convince and establish the need for change or the route taken.

Experience in Job Evaluation, ideally within a Local Authority, utilising the NJC framework.

Able to drive change at pace and 'cut through' where necessary. Looking for a Lean Sigma mindset. What's on Offer Job Evaluation and Reward Project Lead:
