About the Role

As a

Field Supervisor , you will: Lead and Support : Inspire and manage a dedicated care team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Drive Business Growth : Collaborate with the Director and Registered Manager to expand our services across Christchurch and Ringwood. Ensure Excellence : Maintain compliance with care quality standards and conduct audits, risk assessments, and client reviews. Build Community Relationships : Proactively engage with local networks and stakeholders to promote Burleys Home Care. Mentor the Team : Support staff development through training and guidance, ensuring the team feels valued and empowered.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who: Has extensive experience in the Health and Social Care sector. Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills. Is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting their team. Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Is proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business.
