Do you know social media inside out? Can you plan and deliver world-class content and help lead a team that connects with younger audiences? We're looking for three Social Media Output Producers in BBC Sport. They will lead and inspire a team of social media journalists and content creators to deliver world-leading content across BBC Sport's portfolio of social media accounts. Main Responsibilities

This role requires extensive knowledge of social media best practices and a strong understanding of how to best reach younger audiences. Organisational skills and the capacity to multi-task are key, as is the ability to lead and inspire others. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of our day-to-day output on social channels, leading the social media journalists and working alongside video teams to drive the highest standards of output across the BBC’s social accounts. The role works on a weekly 4x10hr shift pattern and will include some early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Are you the right candidate?

Extensive experience creating high-quality digital content across social media. Experience planning social content and campaigns, managing/leading team members. Good knowledge of a wide range of sports and ability to identify sports news stories appealing to a global audience. Strong grasp of editorial policy and an intuitive feel for correct tone/decency. Strong communication skills to organise a team of journalists. Knowledge of and experience working on cricket is required for the 11 month FTC. This is not an entry-level role.
