We are recruiting multiple entry-level field sales reps for a well-established client in Slough.

Your Role:
- Represent clients through residential sales campaigns in and the office proximately as well as explore further distances when clients request.
- Travel with your team to different residential areas speaking to customers & potential customers/supporters at their homes, crafting sales pitches, and closing deals.
- Attend office meetings for skill sharing, strategy discussions, and client updates.
- Wear branded clothing and act professionally as the face of the client's brand and make sure brand reputation is kept to a high standard.
- Fill out sales forms to guide customers through a sign-up process and support team members, fostering a positive environment.
- Potential for additional responsibilities as you grow in the role, if you are looking to build your career further.
Ideal Candidate:
- Customer-facing experience (any industry) is a plus, but not required as we do provide full product training and sales coaching for successful candidates. Skillsets from many different industries are transferable. People working in the role currently have had backgrounds in IT, Warehouse operative, Nursing, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmacy, Waitressing, Customer relations, Construction, Sales and Recruitment.
- Desire to work in sales and improve professional skills.
- Fluent English-speaking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eligible to work full-time in the UK with no work restrictions for this type of role.
- Willing commute to Slough.
- Able to commit to at least 4-5 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
