Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for a long-term to permanent placement? Our fantastic Wellingborough-based Nursery is seeking a dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join our dynamic team. We are committed to promoting high-quality learning through genuine partnership with the child and family at the centre.

Experience:

Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable. Flexibility: Open to on-the-day calls to nurseries and adaptable to different environments. Passion: A genuine love for working with young children and a proactive attitude. Knowledge: Basic understanding of child-led learning principles. Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Control Over Schedule: Ideal for someone who wants control over their own schedule and enjoys the variety of working in different settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with children in a nurturing and supportive manner. Implement child-led learning approaches to foster development. Plan and execute educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social growth. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Qualifications:

CACHE/NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent). A genuine passion for working with young children. Proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Basic knowledge of child-led learning principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
