Pay Rate: £14 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality joinery components. Carry out precise joinery tasks, including cutting, assembling, and finishing wood products. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Maintain a safe and organized working environment. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Proven experience as a Joiner and/or CNC Operator. Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and machinery operation. Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork. What We Offer:
