Joiner Loughborough Up to £21 p/hr Your new role: Job title: Building Fabric Joiner Location: Loughborough Contract Type: Temp (possibility to go temp-perm) Pay: Up to £21 p/hr Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week Job Description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric Joiner to join a well-established company, working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants. Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out joinery and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site. Undertake preventative works. Tasks such as boarding up smashed windows, repairing damaged furniture, and kitchen amendments. What you'll need to succeed: NVQ level 2 diploma or equivalent in Carpentry / Joinery site work & bench work & equivalent practical experience. Education to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English. Experience of working in multi-skilled teams. Work in a wide range of maintenance disciplines with a bias in carpentry.
