Fully qualified Joiner/multi-skilled engineer required for a Property Maintenance Company with commercial and domestic contracts throughout Scotland. Candidates should have experience in both maintenance and refurbishment works.
Candidates should possess relevant experience, skills, and knowledge across a variety of building trades, such as joinery, building, painting, plumbing, and flooring. Experience in groundwork/building would be advantageous.
Driving license is essential - a company vehicle is provided.
We are looking for positive and flexible team members who can work across multiple trades and possess multi-trade skills and experience. This position also includes participation in an On-Call Rota for out-of-hours callouts.
