Driffield Main purpose of the role/Key objectives
To produce component parts to the required standards and specification in line with the S.O.P and drawings. Accountabilities
Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately Comply with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives. Roles and responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production Assist in the production of high-quality components Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager Key skills
Ability to follow drawings, specifications and instructions with accuracy, and in line with the S.O.P Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for carpentry Strong attention to detail Good physical fitness and manual dexterity Ability to work collaboratively within a team Good communication and interpersonal skills If this looks like a great opportunity for you, please do not hesitate to contact us directly or submit your CV.
