Joiner

to join our team. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out all types of joinery work on both tenanted and vacant properties. Key responsibilities will include: Completing joinery repairs and maintenance tasks in accordance with job tickets and specifications Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with building regulations Organizing and managing workload effectively to minimize any delays or non-productive time Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor Working collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient use of time and resources The successful candidate will have: A full UK driver's license Extensive experience working as a joiner, including proficiency in various joinery techniques Relevant qualifications in joinery (such as a City and Guilds certificate or NVQ Level 2) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work If you are a skilled joiner looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our properties, we would love to hear from you. £29,582

per annum Annual pay scale increase Use of company van 27 days annual leave
