About the Role: As a Joinery Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing and budgeting for projects. You will: Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing. Collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and the project team to achieve the best outcomes. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. Provide accurate financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability.
