Job Description

This role is based in Kingsbridge but could be Plymouth or Totnes after probation. Main Responsibilities include: Undertake daily banking functions, including daily reconciliations. Prepare cheques. Bill Processing. Assist internal stakeholders with ledger queries. Assist with the annual Solicitors Accounts rules audit. Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts pack. Assist in the annual audit. Manage petty cash and credit cards. Maintain creditors ledger. Perform ad hoc reporting. Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will be a real team player with excellent communication skills and be flexible and adaptable to working in a high-pressured environment. They will also have: AAT Level 3 or 4, Semi Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience. Experience of working within a busy accounts team. Experience of XERO accounting. Experience using Excel. Experience of using Leap (preferred). Minimum of 1 year experience as a Finance Assistant. Job Types:
