We are a leading addiction treatment centre in Bournemouth, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals battling addiction. Our mission is to offer comprehensive, compassionate, and effective treatment programs that promote recovery and improve the quality of life for our clients. Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and managing a team of professionals committed to supporting our clients through their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Management :

Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and morale. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.

Operational Oversight :

Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Client Care :

Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to all clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Quality Assurance :

Maintain and improve service quality through regular audits and reviews. Implement corrective actions to address any areas of concern.

Compliance and Safety :

Ensure the center complies with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. Manage safeguarding procedures to protect clients and staff.

Qualifications and Experience : NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Previous experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in an addiction or mental health setting. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in addiction treatment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
