Job Title: Joomla & K2 Developer – The WOW Adventure
The WOW Adventure is seeking an experienced Joomla & K2 Developer to join the Web Design team. The successful candidate will need to be able to find creative solutions that are both practical and technologically sound.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best SEO practices. You should have an understanding of web development concepts and be a leading guru at SEO, cross-browser compatibility, analytics, and performance optimization. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are must-haves for this role.
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing websites using Joomla & K2
Building new features from scratch according to project specifications
Maintaining existing websites by troubleshooting functionality issues and designing improvements
Completing user experience testing on different browser platforms
Improving website performance through coding optimization and content compression techniques
Requirements:
Experience in building websites using Joomla & K2
An understanding of web standards, usability principles, mobile web design principles, accessibility standards, ADA compliance requirements, etc.
HTML/CSS coding experience in the development of responsive designs required
