Step into the role of Marketing Campaign Coordinator!

In a nutshell, this role resides at the crossroads of our customers, our product, and the Joules brand. Serving as the link connecting all our channels consistently. You will support the campaign planning process, creative briefs and post-campaign analysis, helping to position our product USPs with market and key trend insights, whilst capitalising on critical product, customer and calendar moments.

What to expect from a day to day perspective:

You can expect to be part of a Campaign Team and support the marketing campaign planning from ideation, to briefing to completion ensuring each campaign aligns with the Joules brand.

Work in collaboration with the Campaign Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Ecom, Email and Creative Managers on the development of seasonal plans, integrating all requirements into briefs to support the campaign delivery.

Support and administer updates to the campaign calendar.

Support post-campaign analysis and feed into the Campaign Manager any opportunities to support and improve future campaign plans.

Undertake competitor analysis and scout key category & market trends.

Keep the annual and seasonal Marketing Campaigns calendars updated.

Partner with Product, Buying, Creative and Copy to develop campaign briefs.

Work closely with the Ecom team to create engaging and commercial briefs for emails and site refreshes.

Location:

This will be a full time role, Monday to Friday based at our beautiful Joules Head Office affectionately known as ‘The Barn’ - in Market Harborough.

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you:

Have an understanding of what the Ecom team do on a digital level to understand the scope that we have to work to.

Strong Ecom/Email background would be desirable.

Fashion / Retail background with an interest in the competitive landscape.

Strong business sense and analytical capacity with an eye for detail.

Commercial understanding to inform decision making and project briefing.

A creative flair and ability to think of new ideas and creative projects being able to "think outside of the box" to come up with new ways to achieve our goals.

Able to work cross-functionally and build strong rapport and relationships across teams.

Flexible in approach with a willingness to adapt and work in a quick paced, changing environment.
