Responsibilities: Actively participate in the investment process from initial opportunity overview to execution and monitoring. Conduct research and due diligence on relevant businesses and sectors. Build financial models with projections to assist in investment evaluation, structuring and financing. Review and assist in the negotiation of legal documents. Prepare presentation materials and present investment recommendations to Investment Committees. Develop relationships with financial sponsors and management teams as part of monitoring portfolio companies. Skills: Commensurate years of related work experience (e.g. investment banking, leverage finance, private debt, credit analyst, etc.). Excellent academic track record. Strong interest in investing. Excellent research, communication, financial modeling, and analytical skills. Team player who contributes to a high-performance culture. Ability to adapt to different investment asset classes, jurisdictions, and risk levels. Strong interpersonal skills and business relationship skills. Ability to distil complex information towards making an investment decision. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Demonstration of our guiding principles of integrity, partnership and high performance.
